Instead of acting out movies or TV shows, have people act out things they’re grateful for. For example, someone could act out “going for a walk in the park” or “eating a delicious meal.”

Take turns sharing stories about things you’re grateful for. It can be something big or small, but it should be something that really made you feel thankful.
This is a great way to get to know each other and to appreciate all the good things in our lives.
Practice random acts of kindness
One of the best ways to feel grateful is by doing something nice for someone else, which makes this one of the best gratitude group activities.

This is one of my favorite gratitude group activities, as it gets us out of the house, away from technology, and back in touch with nature.
As you walk, focus on all the things you’re grateful for. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the surrounding beauty.
Make gratitude beads
Each person gets a string of beads and a charm. Take turns adding beads that represent things you’re grateful for, and then wear your bracelets as a reminder to focus on the positive.
Play the last letter gratitude game
Sit in a circle and take turns going around saying one thing you’re grateful for. The next person then has to say something they’re grateful for that starts with the last letter of the previous person’s gratitude.
For example, if the first person says “dog,” the next person might say “great job.” This is a fun way to get everyone thinking about all the good things in their lives.
